You guys catch the Current Affair promo?? Looks like they've caught Jake Carlisle smoking weed in Amsterdam. Honestly, don't think it's a huge deal but pretty pissed they chose today to air it. It is illegal in this country and I would lay odds he will now get tested when he returns to Australia. Not good. For us or for Carlisle's health.

If only every "indiscretion" which took place on a footy trip found its way to ACA, the whole point is to get away and let your hair down. He did not even do anything illegal (which we know of) and smoking the weed in no way affects your footy (presuming it's not on match day) so it shouldn't even be an issue...

BUT if it's proved that Essendum were aware of this allegation and said nothing during their trade negotiations then their conduct is at best unethical and at worst illegal. Not saying they knew, but the timing sure is a "coincidence"...
