The Suns received the Dockers' first-round (No.16) and second-round (No.35) picks in exchange for Bennell and the Suns' second-round pick (No.22)

From what I have heard that deal was never on, despite statement's from some experts on here.

What's all this rubbish about 2 first round draft picks for Weller? Another short arse player who can't get a game. 181 cm and 74 kg.

Just because he is apparently "really, really ridiculously good looking" doesn't make him worth 2 first round draft picks. Plus he doesn't have blonde hair.

If the Saints want someone that's nearly "really, really ridiculously good looking" they can have me for a slab (a week)!

Obviously their first rounder from 2016 - not ours. So we get two first rounders for the price of one. Its a no brainer.

We can then offer Essendon Freos 2016 first rounder for Carlisle.
That leaves us with Weller (5), Carlisle (2016 first rounder from Freo), Freeman (24) Rice (42) and we keep both our 1st and 2nd round picks for 2016 in tact.

That would be pants off for a week.

Don't be ridiculous, St Kilda has always been the club where the ladies can find the best looking players.

Why is the Freeman deal taking so long to sort out? Surely both clubs can come to an agreement. What could change from this Friday to next? Is 2 weeks for the trade period too long?

Just seems like a lot of sitting around with thumbs up backsides rather than just getting in there and getting things done. Some of these deals throughout the competition have been on the table for 6 months prior to the trade window even opening.
