Because some people might like to watch it instead of three episode of x-factor...

About 3 people watch the AFL up in Queensland so why would anyone watch the VFL? The 7th repeat of X factor would rate higher up there than the VFL. That's just the way it is. Imagine how many in Victoria would watch local Queensland Rugby League.
It's a prelim final and 7 should be forced to show VFL finals on one of their 3 channels. Or tell them to piss off and let someone else broadcast it

Because all networks will be fighting for the right to telecast VFL.

Low ratings for local Rugby League on TV up here, so VFL wouldn't be a TV consideration, unfortunately

Really?

No on street parking?

A tram is not quick if it's out of the way to catch it

Box Hill seconds just lost the GF to Williamstown seconds by a point with literally the last kick of the day.

Hope the Zebras are inspired.

I've been overseas for a month, so out of the loop. Why aren't Paddy and Hugh playing, and some of the other kids? Given the year off,or injured? Would of been good watching them win a flag

Minchington is cutting them to ribbons. Actually taking the piss at stoppages really.

Much better second qtr.

Pearce has been outstanding in the ruck. Tapwork brilliant.

Sandy kicked the first 3 or the second quarter but Box Hill have the last two and lead by 23.

BH by 14 at half time.

Minch - BOG and by a mile. 10 clearances, 18 possessions, 5 tackles.
Pierce - Vey good. Some nice deft taps and good follow up work.
Saad - Dangerous but has missed same chances. Has 2.1 but should have 3 or 4.
Markworth - Quiet.
McKenzie - Quiet but has done some nice things when he has it.
Saunders - Good run and has taken the game on. Bit sloppy at times but has been good.
Templeton - Quiet.
Murdoch - Kicked a nice long goal. Needs to find more of the ball.
Siposs - Looks dangerous with the ball and uses his long raking boot. Kicked a goal.
Shenton - Has kept his opponent out of the game completely but lacked polish with the ball.
Curren - Usual Curren game. Fair bit of the ball and some long tackles.
Simpkin - Quiet. Aggressive as always.

Concerned with Templeton, you can be having a shocker but you can still go in hard and tackle.

Simply not going in hard enough, good to see him fire up late with the push and shove.

Hope it wakes him up.
