Laughable.
At least your honest.
What's the bet we'll have to give up pick 5 for Bennell in a straight swap?
that's if we want him.
I would think that is correct and I think it would be a great move. That maybe pick 9 anyway if Carlton and Brisbane get compensation picks and also the academy kids.
Pick 5 is not filling me with huge confidence at the moment. Remove Mills and Hopper. Chuck in another pick for Kreuzer.... We might get Balic if we are lucky I suppose. At absolute best. Parish seems unlikely right now.

Here's some gloomy news that could eventuate according to the SEN panel (today around 2:00PM)
If Kreuzer leaves the blues for a $500,000/annum salary & Leunberger leaves the Lions for the same money each club may well collect a top 5 pick as compensation to go along with their top 10 picks already. Two picks each in the top 10.

Carlton , and come to think of it Richmond and Melbourne have been drip fed on top draft picks for YEARS! and just WHAT have they done? talk of trading Armo or Steven is (IMHO) simply desperation to do ANYTHING but knuckle down to coping with the rebuild.

GWS have done a lot right.
They have got the talent and western Sydney is not a party town - so the players have less opportunity to get into strife.
I can still see them being dominant from 2017-2019.
All sporting clubs on the Gold Coast struggle (Titans, Bears, GC United, Suns).
