I've been lucky over my life time. I have seen first hand on hundreds of occasions such champions as the doc, Howell, Stewart, Ditterich, Barker, Cuz, Plugger, Banger, Lenny and now Roo.

Who else but a saint has been so spoiled as to follow ta team with such champions

Tony Lockett
Robert Harvey
Nick Riewoldt

in no particular order.

I have seen some fantastic players over that time, Winmar, Burke, Loewe, Dal, bj, G-Train, Steve Milne, to name a few, but only three champions.

How quickly we all forget Lenny.

Gee I reckon he has most if not all of them covered especially Dal and BJ. Actually probably all of them. Only an opinion but rated by Russell Holmesby as the 6th greatest saint ever.

A great Saints man but not in the Harvey, Lockett, Reiwoldt class. In my opinion of course.

No he isn't but I don't reckon he is in the other class either. He is still a champion. I would never rate Dal or BJ as champions.

Nor would I, but I don't rate Lenny as a champion either. Not in the other threes league, but hey its not a slight on Lenny.

Champion bloke, great Saints man, but in my definition of a champion he is, well more than a GoP, but not quite in the Lockett,Harvey,Reiwoldt league.

Only an opinion though, I wont argue with others that disagree.

Grand Finals performances make champions!

no question marks over either BJ or Lenny on that basis!
