You're allowed to attempt to handbags.
As long you don't come over the mark or off the mark, it's not play on.
Amateurish umpiring. U12 error.
this is what is amusing about people who complain about umpiring
Two people complain about the gilbert decision.
...you say he didnt go off the mark
...another person complaining about the umpiring claims he did go off the mark
Yet you both still complain about the umpiring decision
I thought the umpiring was better than past weeks.
Josh Bruce is the one that should be complaining since he has kicked a few, his opponents are hanging all over him and blocking his run. He got absolutely tunnelled by Dunn out on the boundary but no free. He needs to start whinging to the umpires so they watch for the breaches.
SAINTS another day older another day closer to the Holy Grail!

Gilbert's back foot didn't go off the mark. So although he stepped to the side, his pivot foot didn't move therefore he never 'stepped off his mark'.
Having said that, given Franklin doesn't get called to play on when he swings out to his left ("his natural arc" as the umpires said to defend it), even he did take a step off his mark it'd be completely inconsistent to call play on.

Amateurish umpiring.
Cant remember it but if one foot steps off the mark its play on. Don't understand the pivot foot thing at all. Some have said it was the correct all so its hard to understand your call of amateurish umpiring.

Are you.serious?
Did I say that? really you need to read properly. I have no idea why you were watching the game anyway. Didn't you tell us some fanciful story of handing back your membership? That was funny.
