Not a crazy possibility but will be 27 at the start of next season. I don't think we should be recruiting anyone unless they are 25 or younger at the start of 2016 season.

He was not a FA anyway...so would have had to have given upa good pick ir player to get = no net gain.

Plus will be 26 next year..so maybe just a smidgeon too old

IMO in terms of players from other clubs we need FA's or players undevalued by their present clubs like Bruce. That is how we will improve the average value of our list.

In several years time when you are peaking, that is when you might consider trading in a missing link player at full market value (if you cannot snag the right fA).
