A team containing all of Geary, Ray, Dempster, Delaney, Shenton and Longer is always going to be killed by turnovers. You can carry 2-3 guys who can't kick if their defensive ability/leadership warrants it, but we've just got way too many in the team today.

I reckon Longer has done a reasonable job this year, but it's time for Hickey to be given a chance at his position, ruck. His confidence looks shot at the moment playing as a forward.

They tried hard but got smashed out of the centre. Which means Hawthorn had bigger bodies. Umpiring was very poor.
