Good to see Dempster back and not panicking. Geary kept that little red nut very quiet.

Re: Votes
Great to be there to see the boys win again (two from two this year when I attend - may have to come to some Melbourne games lol).
First qtr was a shambles and looked like the Lions were gonna trounce us. But the boys fought back well and scored a few in the second as well as drying up the Lions chances.
Armo
Roo
Jack S
Newnes(his first half marking was good in some tight contests on the wing)
Joey
A few others could've got votes too. Jack B was quiet. Backline did well.
Filmed the boys leaving the field, high fives for my son. Chatted to a fan from Adelaide who has been to 5 Sts games this year!

Kicked a few for Sandy yesterday and was one of the best. I must admit I didn't see him get much of it today.bergsone wrote:The Disch wrote:Riewoldt

Re: Votes
Not much love for Newnes. Surprised only one person could find a vote for him.
A very even spread today

Re: Votes
5 ARmo - I think he's become our spiritual captain - makes big plays and big tackles when it matters
4 - Rooey - just a brilliant target man for us again that we missed so much last week
3 - Steven - can be a bit indecisive with the footy but his work rate and link up support is outstanding
2 - Dunstan - thought he seemed really sharp today. Loved his forward work - Richo seems to love finding new strings to add to players bows .
1 - Dempster - I give hime a vote because he marshalled the backline in Fishers absence and our defence was really solid
