Don't think we need another but I could be wrong.

This thread is a weekly tradition.
Although P66 did stipulate earlier in the season that the thread should also include changes we'd want v changes we think, nonetheless, an essential thread.
Out: longer, fish, Templeton
In: Roo, Lee, Geary
Re: Guess this weeks ins and outs
After losing players early the last two weeks I agree that it's only fair that we get an extra rotation this week. Gillion is a huge fan of equalisation after all.Kernal75 wrote:In : Roo, Goddard, Lonie, Geary,

On topic
In: Riewoldt, the only one I'm confident on. Delaney, Geary and Lonie subject to fitness tests. xxxx
Out: Fisher (inj) and maybe Webster (concussion) Not sure on the other outs - but not the usual calls for Schneider or Dunstan

You do realise to have that many ins they would have to drop those 3 tonight and that isn't going to happen.
Re: Guess this weeks ins and outs
Amazed that people want to see Longer dropped.
To me, he has been the biggest positive of the season so far.
He looks like he will be our number 1 ruck for many years to come.

I think he's come a huge way too. The biggest positive of the season has to be Bruce though. He is like finding $500 bucks you didn't remember having in your pocket.1966 wrote:Amazed that people want to see Longer dropped.

Re: Guess this weeks ins and outs
Longer just doesn't do anything at all around the ground. At least Hickey can take a mark, kick a goal and can get some possies. It's time to stick Hickey back in the ruck imho and see what he can do.1966 wrote:Amazed that people want to see Longer dropped.

Averaged 6 possessions a game since Hickey has been back. Very lucky to play especially if Hickey is dropped. But he gets a lot of hit outs. Big deal. May as well play Holmes. And the other ruckman nearly plays his best game for the year every week we play them.

Bruce is easily the biggest positive of the year to date....then DAYLIGHT.1966 wrote:Amazed that people want to see Longer dropped.

After that I have the improvement in Armo
Then the emergence of Sinclair and Lonie up there..
But yes the improvement in Longer has been healthy.
Trend is good, but he will only become that if he learns to contribute around the ground more including taking some marks.1966 wrote: He looks like he will be our number 1 ruck for many years to come.

Who are the three that will get dropped!
Surely it can't be Acres!

Well there is no certain all 4 will come in but I suppose going by the bench it will Hickey or Membery, McKenzie and Templeton.
Re: Guess this weeks ins and outs
You'd have to think Roo & Lonie are locks to come back in so Templeton and probably Membrey (Hickey had a bad game last week but overall the last few weeks they seems to be happy with the experiment) will make way.plugger66 wrote:saintjake wrote:Who are the three that will get dropped!

Greary & Delaney are the suspect ones but given they didn't name another tall defender Delaney must be close to a certain starter which leaves Gears.
They have named him at HBF which is normally Savage. If Gears plays could Savage be in trouble?
I must admit I thought he was going OK but maybe the coaches think otherwise.
Best guess is Shenton makes way.
They seem to want to get games into MacKenzie - I can't see him being dropped but I'll be wrong.
