Fair enough mate and I'm no touchy PC type but those comments were too much, thought it was strange you were conversing with him like it hadn't happened, no offence intended.kosifantutti wrote:Because some of the mods have a life which includes watching the Saints. 2015 - 2.5
His DE is now below average.
That is perspective.
His goal average has gone from 1.6 (2010) down to 0.5. An opportunist like him needs to score. The reason he now kicks more points is because he lost a yard or three of pace and is rushing his kicks. It is so obvious.
Seriously I lost my rag not because of today but because he has gone on two years too many - selfishly putting his bank account before the club. Should have retired with dignity. The club needs to show some balls here.
People defending him are living in the past. He is a liability when exposed in a one on one.
Did anyone tell Sam Dunnell he could have just stayed on the list if he wanted to?

well we disagree..I would definitely play him, he is too good a player not to. Our coaching staff obviously agree with me.maverick wrote:I wasn't one of them, but why? He is a (supposed) leader, demands the ball in clutch positions and does what again?
He cost us today, disappointing.
Personally I don't want him in the team anymore, but I won't bag him in saying that.
He has been good for us, and around the club he is probably great.
He doesn't run hard enough defensively for me, given how young we are at the moment I can understand why they play him, I just wouldn't.

What about Lonie n=missing from 30 out in the dying minutes?
Bruce missed a sitter of a set shot.
2.6 in the first quarter.
But 1-4 is one players fault.
Geez, heard it all now

Re: A little perspective about Adam Schenider
I have heard he lives in a coffin and eats baby kittens. Notice the Germanic name and the tenuous link to the nazis too. It's a disgrace that he continues to consume resources rather than leave them for younger people who think American Pie is a classic old school movie. Some people have no respect thinking they should live when other people need their air and beer. Fancy being so selfish as to make himself play for money. He is thinking of his wallet, freakin' disgusting and that. Mate if I was Tony Abbott I would throw him at a boat person.

Seems we struggle with Germanic names on here Riewoldt has been with us 15years and SCHNEIDER nearly 9 but people still have trouble spelling their surnames, thank heavens we didn't get KOlodjashnij!!

If those things are relevant then surely his salary is a consideration? He was rookied so I assume he's not on big coin? He did some pretty good things tonight...skeptic wrote:So do ppl think he is playing to a standard expected of a player of his experience and talent?

Agreed, apart from the two misses at the end that so called Saints supporters have been personally abusing him for, he had a good game.Harvey To Hayes wrote:If those things are relevant then surely his salary is a consideration? But hey dont get in the way of the usual armchair lynch mob who haven't had a real scapegoat since raph.
The singling out of Schneider has been not just poor, but inexcusable for supposed supporters.
This place has disgraced itself today, topped by Con with andrewg in support. Should not call themselves supporters of our club.
And people wonder why this place is going downhill

At least we say them right....I think Stewie Leowe should be something like Lurver, reevolt and at least Schneiders name sounds the same after 6 pots or sober.whiskers3614 wrote:gringo wrote:I have heard he lives in a coffin and eats baby kittens. His diabolical miss in the GF still haunts me.
It was the worst miss for the day.
His two shockers today shows he still can't be relied on.
Get rid of him and instead play a kid with a future.
Schneider has no future.

He's in there to finish off plays and add class and experience. He had the chance to basically win the game for us twice! Neither of them were even close.. His job is to finish it off and show the youngsters how it's done. He didn't.

We know our best is fairly decent.

I thought Membrey worked hard to lead and take the grab with a few minutes to go. He needed to finish off his limited oportunities with a shot on goal. Have confidence in your ability to kick a goal from 35-40 out when its a slight angle. That is how your game will develop.
In a way it is a good lesson for Membrey and other young players playing in the forward line. Take on the responsibility and kick the goal yourself - don't wait for someone else to get the job done.

Re: A little perspective about Adam Schenider
Missed a sitter that cost us the game so people get upset. Fair enough but some of the crap written tonight is embarrassing. Those who wrote that stuff should hang their head in shame. Anyway probably still keeps his spot so man up and hope he is BOG next week instead of a few here trying to score points even if it means bagging one of ours. Disgusted.
