I'm going to get the emotional rant out of the way. My God I Despise Carlton. The whole organisation has a great sense of entitlement, even when they are entitled to bugger all. It must be drilled into the players that play there because the arrogance and smugness of the likes of Gibbs, Simpson and Walker is immense. Not to mention that bearded Irish T--d Tuohy and now even Liam Jones who couldn't get a kick at WB thinks his s--t don't stink. I'm only happy that when we go past them again(and it will happen soon) the last streak we had against them may look short in comparison. It is funny that a team that will finish bottom four could run around in the last quarter today with an aura that they couldn't be beaten against a team of even more kids than theirs. My goodness I can't wait to wipe their smug smiles off their faces again in the future.

Hawthorn or Roos do not play the same team each year in Tassie. They play different teams each time so that they get the team support. Have to agree. I've been to all 3 Wellington Games and there wasn't the same feeling around the city as there was with Sydney/Brisbane supporters.
I think agreeing to play Carlton every year here could easily work against us in terms of losing home ground support.

No, they still are. They haven't been winning which is why they are quiet. My Carlton supporting (step) father in-law sung their heinous song over the phone to the missus last night in an attempt for me to to hear it. Their supporters still lack humility.

I'd be happy if we kept playing them in ANZAC matches over there.
Their smugness overides their sensibility. They are in need of a full rebuild but won't because of their arrogance.
Let them slide further into oblivion and it'll only be a short time and we will be smacking them again.Helping us gain cred in NZ.
They have NOTHING to celebrate atm.

Anyway, while we're talking about despising. We have another chance this week.
