Need to work out who of the senior type players need to be picked. Leaderships come in many facets. One is lead by example. Our disposal under pressure by many of our senior guys and poor shooting at goal should be exemplary but its far from it at times.

They are good at the contest but skills seem to have fallen away with age as they battle to match the game speed.

I still reckon we needed another tall picked for this game to add vale to defence of forward line. The sub of McCartin resulted in a smaller side when we needed more strength inside.

Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.

You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency

Richardson cant handle the pressure - really really bad coaching performance - no excuses today after leading by nearly 5 goals

Based on today, Saad, Savage, Fisher, Shenton, Paddy, Curren, and even Geary is questionable based on disposal. This is a variable list week by week.

The whole game we have tried to be inside on bounces etc. it clearly isn't working as their mids are working harder as a coach surely you would close the out side?
I'm over the "rebuilding" excuse I understand players are young etc but when you see the exact same play kill us over and over and over surely you make a change.

We knocked Ross for never making a change when a change was needed yet say to Richardson great work sticking to your guns it'll happen eventually.

Difference between teams Malthouse saw the predictability and made the change and it destroyed us after quarter time.'kinda like last week!

Sorry I'm not at the game,
where were those possessions and hit-outs gathered if not round the ground?
In the car-park perhaps!

12 goals to 4 in the second half says it all.
You can't drop that many players, who are you going to replace them with?

Tam selection needs to be reconsidered to ensur that the team finishes strongly in future, We seem to have a lot of young blokes that cant yet go the distance. Another tall in the team would be a start as players get tired but talls don't get shorter.

Selection issue IMO.

11 goal turn around againt ordinary opponents. Disappointing. Not good enough, what ever way you look at it. Bring on the Dons.

Sure

Curren,Shenton,Saad,Membrey,Roberton,Newnes,Geary,. All very close to AFL standard, some just on the cusp, some well below.

Add them to the young players who aren't ready and we are where we are

He can get the odd mark around the ground he can give out taps from the ruck contest but he cant control what our players do with it
