Who's your favourite player?

Since I can remember I was always right into Lenny Hayes. Everyone at my local footy club and some of my school mates call me Lenny. Now that he is gone, I'm having enormous difficulty deciding on my favourite current player. I have always loved the way Armo goes about it and of course have a huge amount of respect for Nick Riewoldt. Who's your favourite player?

Actually, it's a good point. As the older guys retire we're going to have to find a new fave. I liked to watch the reserves back when they had curtain raisers and follow one of the young blokes through. Discovered Andrew Thompson that way. Shame you can't do that now.

I reckon JB is our most exciting potential star.

Riewoldt has been the best player over the last 15 years but he's never had that favoured status with me of a Hayes, Milne or Blake.

At the moment, I'm liking Josh Bruce. And I've got a soft spot for Tom Lee.

My son was a Riewoldt fan and when Jack Steven played that killer game where he kicked a few goals early on he swapped over to him. The kids all flock to him at trainings too.

I like the guys like Bruce and Shenton because they try their guts out and look like hobos. Newnes and Farren Ray are really good guys and Paddy fits in that mould too. He will be a favourite of many soon.

Tom Lee is a great guy too, he will be a favourite so once his footy takes over.

Shenton at the moment. Very underrated, looks awkward but has the courage to take the game on even though he looks like he's going to cough it up most of the time - but gets the job done. Preferred him with the beard last year.
Wright is going to be a jet too.
