Seems to have the right sort of skills set. He was a much better player at the Hawks than he was with us. Classic example of being a better player in a superior side. Still, he played some good footy for us.

What is it exactly you are asking ?? Why I have posted favourably ? or would you like an explanation of what I have said ?

I think he is a good get because he is well qualified and experienced in business - he has an AFL career that we all know about which included kicking the sealer in a grand final - he has remained very involved in the VAFA as a winning coach for the Vic Team recently = for these reasons also I think it fair to say he knows his stuff.

Good bloke - I have known him over 30 years - haven't seen him for a while I must admit - but my dad has seen him every now and then in more recent times and says he remains a good bloke

We traded Tim Allen (no, not the coke (not the soft drink) loving actor/comedian) to Hawthorn for Dean Anderson and Chris Whitman. I absolutely deplored this trade at first, as I thought Allen was a future star. Allen barely played a game for the Hawks and Ando was a regular starter for us over the course of few seasons. So, perhaps we got the better of that trade in the end.
