Worth about $450m with his brother.

I think you're wrong about that.

Dare for example is getting far more exposure and brand awareness than they would otherwise have.

SEEK's business model is dead, especially for specialised and technical high paying jobs.

Sites like LinkedIn sell their data base to companies who then approach people directly. It saves quite a bit of time going through 200 unsuitable applicants.
