Just another advantage given to Collingwood by the AFL.

I watched 5 minutes of yesterday's game and at the end the commentators crapped on how both the Hawks and Pies had all 3 games broadcast live.

Can you call SEN Curly?

I also haven't seen any condolence post on Rooey's sisters thread from you.

Have you seen the film called Misery?
Disgraceful post to infer someone does not care about the death of Riewoldts sister because they didn't post it on some fan forum.

This is one of the lowest posts I can remember, and just because he called you out on your continual whining about some meaningless practice match.

You should really get some perspective and maybe even a modicum of bloody decency.

People rang up last night about it. Right now Pies and Hawks fans are able to took and be excited by young players they got to see last night. I want to se Holmes Membury and McCartin in there first games yet I will be waiting two weeks and two of them will miss most likely.

How many impulse memberships and so on are generated from early season games?

Get stuffed you arrogant bully. Who said I inferred that? Maybe he just couldn't be bothered or doesn't want to do it. I just think it's the decent thing to do from a senior poster - any senior poster on this site for that matter

You simply can't help yourself "bunk" can you?

As I've said many times and many agree, new nick, some attitude.

If you had any common decency you would delete your post or apologise to P66.

Your post was plainly inferring that P66 was somehow less than you and others who have posted condolences on the thread about Riewoldt's sister.

It is a disgrace and indecent and lacks common courtesy.

You post above directed towards me just shows what I am posting is correct about you.

Apologise to P66 if you have any decency and don't use the death of a young woman to try and score points in some egotistical parlour game.

Really a low act.

So you don't think bringing the death of a young woman into a thread soley for the purpose of attempting to denigrate another posters character a poor effort?

Aston Villa: one of the 12 founder members of the Football League in 1988. West Ham United started as Thames Ironworks in 1895 before changing to WHU in 1900.

Colours and badge

Football kit (white jersey with two broad, red, vertical stripes; red shorts with side-stripes; and white socks).
Villa's proposed kit of 1886.[43]
The club colours are a claret shirt with sky blue sleeves, white shorts with claret and blue trim, and sky blue socks with claret and white trim. They were the original wearers of the claret and blue. Villa's colours at the outset generally comprised plain shirts (white, grey or a shade of blue), with either white or black shorts. For a few years after that (1877–79) the team wore several different kits from all white, blue and black, red and blue to plain green. By 1880, black jerseys with a red lion embroidered on the chest were introduced by William McGregor. This remained the first choice strip for six years. On Monday, 8 November 1886, an entry in the club's official minute book states:

“ (i) Proposed and seconded that the colours be chocolate and sky blue shirts and that we order two dozen.
(ii) Proposed and seconded that Mr McGregor be requested to supply them at the lowest quotation.

A badge with a yellow border and a yellow lion rampant facing to the left. The background is vertical claret and blue alternating stripes. At the bottom is the motto prepared written in yellow.
Old badge (2000–2007).
The chocolate colour later became claret.[43] Nobody is quite sure why claret and blue became the club's adopted colours.[43] Several other English football teams adopted their colours; clubs that wear claret and blue include West Ham Utd and Burnley.[44][45]

then bans get issued
then everyone else chirps in
then the threads derailed

good lord why am i caring
its friday
and i look forward to someone going to the game and giving aa running commentary of the game that is not aireed on foxtel or fta
and hopefully the highlights package avl after the game is played doesnt buffer for 3 nrs like most crap on that crap afl site

It's more likely to be replays, than a live stream.

Replay is at least something. We currently have nothing.

Like other posters, I really wanted to see how some of the young guys go. Particularly the rookies who might not get another go.

Good to hear but probably too late for a live coverage by Foxtel.

Unlike Dimwit, Gill listens AND acts on public sentiment.

This is a bit like the outcry years ago when we had forced delayed coverage of Friday night footy. The footy public have as a result of 9 live games a round got a much higher expectation.

These games are now officially practice matches however they brand them. The NRL hardly get any of them on TV. We get most. Back 3 years ago if you were knocked out of the NAB cup you were never seen again on TV. I honestly cant see the big deal especially as 70% of people don't have Foxtel anyway.
