I'm still a Saint

Post: # 1528951Post Gainzo »

I joined the board a long time ago but haven't posted in ages. I really don't have that much to say as I live in America.

Either way, I'm really looking forward to this season. Do we win 6, 7, or 8 games? I don't care as the Club is on the way up.

The only thing I want is a Premiership. Is that too much to ask?

We talk a lot of crap on here. You can live on Siberia and join in the bickering.

If we win any more than 3 games would be a miracle this year.

I just hope Ro$$y is our bitch once again.

i am Melbourne Skies - sometimes Blue Skies, Grey Skies, even Partly Cloudy Skies.

I hope we can win against the Bombers again - it was a nice surprise win last year!
win a game in NZ please!! (so we can at least get the kiwis to like us and its against Carlton, plus I will be there!)
another win against Freo is always good!
Keep our streak with wins against GWS and Melbourne.
Hopefully a surprise win against....Collingwood on our one and only Friday night game!

But if they don't all good....hopefully see them be brave and be bold!

Hey Gainzo,

how's it going. I like the irony - you are in Boston and buried in four foot of snow and I am in MInneapolis and we have about an inch on the ground!!! That's pretty funny.

Are you Aussie? I am.

I think we will win 6 games this year. Improvement everywhere. And if we play 4 quarters then a win will be possible in half the games.

Does anyone else have Collingwood and Carlton in the bottom four? Both Maltshake and FIGJAM in new jobs on TV together?

Nothing better than a good Dad Joke.

G'day Gainzo!

I remember messaging you a few years ago about life in Boston, the Patriots and Red Sox. No doubt you are still basking in the glory of last week's Super Bowl.

Yep, no great expectations on our beloved Saints this year. We just want to see progress in shaping the new team who can (hopefully) bring us some success in the future.

Hope to hear more from you over the course of the footy season.
