He speaks alright, he's very serious and a little stand offish but he certainly isn't a shocker. Mc cartin looks a future captain, he seems to genuinely love getting amongst the crowds and looks at ease with everyone. Would be a pretty good captain. As would Dustan who is just an at ease with him self guy.
