Again an impressive break down of quotes and again I find it hilarious. thanks for making me laugh. Just one thing though. People can find something stupid and not mean the mods are stupid. Way over the top that comment. And i have respected your wishes but i can still think they are stupid. And until told otherwise i will continue to point out examples as to why i think its stupid if an example comes up that I think proves its stupid. Doesnt mean I will bother to get warning for calling you the other nic. As ive pointed out before I would rather get a warning dfor what I class as a real breaking of the rules.

I enjoy your thinking. Just a little perplexed that you used stupid a number of times (inference???), and begrudgingly accepted the mods decision.

BM finds it facinating that you would address some of the previous post, but completely disregard the parts about basic manners, and courtesy. BM supposes it is a bit more rock and roll to label someones wishes "stupid" than to accord them basic courtesy and basic manners.

And even the real person typing this sometimes struggles with manners so i reckon that would also include p66 because no matter how hard the real person trys to be different to p66 he ends up the same. BM suggests that someone who is not in control of all the facts cannot possibly conclude using common sense. BM suggests that you rephrase the sentence and begin it with "...I reckon ingnorance on my part suggests.."

Abiding by the decision and not complaining about it would have stopped the thread a while back

Its important sometimes to read what you write otherwise people who break down sentences will do it to prove their point.

Who does that? What I would suggest is that you complain to the moderators about posters replying to your posts by breaking up the salient points, so as to respond to the scatter gun like factoids thrown about in your posts. If the mods decide that this type of response is against forum rules, they can make a ruling in favour or not.

However please be adult enough to accept their ruling

Have you had the mods disable the nic plugger66? How have you managed to post this with that nic then?

Once the nic f***wit66 is enabled and plugger66 is disabled, BM will be all means call you that if you want.

You see because BM has basic manners and shows respect, not just for the mods and their rulings, but for the poster with their simple request.

BM has not got a chip on his shoulder or a huge ego that rails against simple requests.

Firstly my nose is far from out of joint because I cant call you another name. Actually couldnt be much further from the truth. Secondly I gather you are implying I have a chip on my shoulder. Surely the first post deserved a warning too?

James, maybe you're not aware that around August last year it was made very clear that use of the nic Joffaboy in posts would be considered baiting and draw a warning. In ALL cases of people nevertheless using that nic in relation to a particular poster, a further reminder via PM was given that the nic is dead and further use would draw a warning.
Only when posters continued to disregard this request was a warning issued. There were a few warnings issued and use of that nic has pretty much been dead in the water over the last few months.
Saintspremiers was one poster previously warned for disregarding the request not to use that nic - back on August 10. So he knows very well the deal and his post served no purpose other than to bait and is a repeat of something previously warned for. No choice really but to issue a warning.

Re the other post you suggest was worthy of a warning. Thanks for the feedback but IMO it doesn't warrant a warning. The post was directly addressing a previous post. You could argue that use of the term 'clueless' could draw a warning for abuse as it's directed at the poster. But it's at the lower end of the name calling spectrum and is still in relation to a specific post, rather than just being name calling without context.

If anybody wants to add anything else re this issue, I'll split it off into the Admin Forum, as this thread is about the new Sponsorship deal with Dare.
