No because it would show he actually knows nothing about it. At the moment, by not commenting, there maybe one or two on here who thinks he knows something about it. Its worth asking though.

...plugga will never get an answer from me......but i think you are smart enough to work out that if the club wanted the general public or saints supporters to know more it would have told everyone by now....

Just like the old fashioned toe cutter in business - he was brought in to make some tough decisions and then once they were completed, he moved on. Toe cutters in business are rarely well liked people , but they are employed to do a job, and they rarely stick around long after the job is done. IMHO his job was to fix our salary cap and provide input into list structure. I dont think negotiating trades or recruitment was part of the reason he was brought in - so realistically with the salary cap now under control and the handing over of the infamous spreadsheet - his primary reason for being at St Kilda was complete.

He definitely drew up a strategic plan for list management. He did it in a completely non sentimental way and funnily enough plenty who hated losing the old heroes are now so into it plenty would loose Armo and Steven for draft picks. He changed the psyche of the fans so must have had some success in selling a controversial vision.

They loved his strategic plan and the Saints made a judgement that resources should be allocated to other areas as his skills were surplus to requirement. Its as simple as that. We had his plan and were executing it.
The one question are the trades- eg Mc Evoy trade.
He needs to be replaced in this area when we strike up these trades.
