They are all doing PB's in the time trials


The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

Why did we train at Casey? Don't we have enough training grounds with Seaford and Moorabbin?

I wouldn't think to much though. Was having a discussion with a mate last night and we both agreed footballers are getting smaller and smaller, not height wise, but build wise especially in the last couple of years. They use weights these days to get stronger and for some to put on muscle but most older players are losing weight.

The senior players and new recruits arrived in the quaint town in the early afternoon and it didn’t take long for Jack Billings to catch up with new rookie and old friend Jack Sinclair in the lobby.

The pair was soon split as the new camp arrivals were sent straight to the gym for a bike workout before a team dinner where the draftees were officially welcomed to the group.

Another early wakeup call will see the Saints mountain bike over 33kms at the crack of dawn through a stunning passage of Queenstown’s rugged landscape on Sunday.
