Hypothetical - Bomber Thompson
Purely a hypothetical question, but what would we think if Fish Lips was employed as a replacement for the Beveridge / Pelchen role, now he and the Junkies have parted ways???
I'm would be 100% against the idea. The guy is a nutcase, and has some pretty serious baggage hanging over his head. And I'm sure most of you would agree with this.
What I'm more interested in is those who think it would be a good idea. Convince me we would benefit from having him at the club?? He is a premiership captain and coach, and seems to keep decent relationships with his players (most of the time, Kent Kingsley)
Thoughts???

Re: Hypothetical - Bomber Thompson
No one has addressed the OP's question yet. I can't answer it either as I don't want him but his premiership experience would be about the only thing going for him.
As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”

Why not with our impressive culture we could withstand the negative media when he turns up naked in the box on game day in a drug fuelled loss of faculties. I hear he has some good fitness and sports science guys to bring with him and they are needing work it so happens. I don't think we could lose on this one.

I'm sure some S/S posters would welcome him to gain us the next holy grail........ just like they thought Ben Cousins and Daniel Kerr would be what the Saints needed to go that further step.................................... yeah we really want a tainted flag........... then we couldn't criticise Geelong and Collinwood!!
