Thompson would be an awesome get if would could pull it off.
It would be almost impossible though as he is a Gold Coast boy so there is no go home factor and I think aside from Gaz he would be the first player they would want to stich up.

McKenzie would be reasonable and as suggested Thompson would be good but apart from that I wouldn't bother too much.

Can someone post the out of contract players with GWS at the end of next season? They may not have the stay with the club factor as GC seem to have. Note Boyd for one.

The Saints should stay away from luring big name players on huge amounts of dollars. We should just concentrate on the draft and on trading for at least the next 2 years. The Bulldogs are stupid for grabbing Boyd and paying him $1mil per year for 7 years. Pure madness IMHFO. I think and hope that the Saints have more brains than that. Next year if we finish last and if Jack Steven decides to chase big bucks then we go to the draft with picks 1, 2, 20, 38 and 56.
