Yeah I got drawn in the recent second ballot, loris. I have a thread about it in the General Forum. Airfares paid, tours and accomodation booked. Hanging out to go now! Am especially looking forward to being there in cold weather.
And yes, it will be an emotional experience on April 25 predawn. I will be wearing my old Gallipoli tshirt I bought in Cannakle back in 1997( and wear to every Anzac Day service. And I will be wearing my Saints jumper over the top if it's cold

Here's the NAB Cup. Two interstate/country Vic matches (Brisbane and the Injectors), then the Hawks at Etihad on 19 March.
At long last, club members' free entry has been reinstated.

But its a much better time than 1pm Sunday for people who have teenagers playing footy. 4 games seems ok to me. Maybe one or two will be interstate for a start.

Let me guess none for Collingwood and all of ours will be right in the middle of winter and our only games at the 'G.

Re: FIXture Leaks ? !!
Well think about the current demographics of the club and their attendance at twilight games.
Senior citizens who are reluctant to travel on trains late at night.
Parents whose children have to go to school the next morning. Just like the late Friday night games, check out the number of under twelves who go to the game. Very low as a lot Of these kids have sport Saturday morning so Friday night games are out.
And I don't work 9-5 and have a really early start so even getting to Caulfield and beyond can mean not getting home until after 9 as you guessed and by the time every thing settles down it can be a late night.
I admit that I resent twilight games on a Sunday as it's disruptive to the routine and it's lesser clubs like us, the Bulldogs who get lumbered with this crap start and finish time for a game.

Well that leaves just 2 slots, Saturday and Sunday day games which means those who involved in senior footy cant go Saturday and those who have kids from the age of 8 who play footy may not be able to go Sunday. I must say I never get the kids thing. Surely it doesn't hurt a kid once in a while to get home later than normal on a particular night. I do agree about travelling in trains though. Can be a nightmare but that goes with anytime after a game. Didn't the pies get a fair few twilight games this season? Anyway 4 out of 22 seems pretty good to me especially with how bad we are going so we are likely to have many foxtel games.

We will play in Hobart again. So will Richmond.
