If they didn't make an approach to him then presumably he made an approach to them?

I agree we need him to stay around, basically so that he can reap what he's sowing. If you leave before a rebuilding project is complete then how does anyone know how well you did it? I guess that's the best way though if you don't want to be judged on your results.

I have no idea if he's any good and most people on here wouldn't know either but looks like he's had his hand in a couple of stuff ups including a very big one.

I would suggest Pelchen and AR obviously not seeing eye to eye on how things should be going, but the club can't sack another coach as per Watters.

I reckon he's the key off field at our club, and is now 2nd banana to Finnis I assume
