Hmm, a bit meh considering all the hype... considering I would of done 1, 21, 22 for 4, 6, 7, I would of thought that would be fair. Were we ever offered 2+3 for 1 from Melb?

Deadline has passed....

Hugely disappointed....

Teams around us - GWS, Melbourne, Brisbane, all made huge gains in their picks and their list - and we've gone backwards.

Not saying we didn't have a crack, just poor execution in the end.

We have the best pick in a draft.
Will get membry in the PSD
And signed all our youth to long term deals a month ago.

f*** me what's not to be happy about?
We now get to pick the best kid in the draft that currently suits our needs.

It super anti climactic. We were all drunk on gambling away our number one pick for a ridiculous deal. It's like I went to the casino psyched up to put the house on red and they chucked me out before I could put the bet on. I've still got the house but I'm still dreaming about the island I was going to buy.

They spent so long convincing us he was only average so we didn't mind trading away that pick he seems well....average. Apparently he's no better than anyone else in the top 10. And he is a Collingwood supporter. How long until we can trade him?
