Re: Tim membrey
The Bulldogs have Stringer and Crameri, we'll have Membrey, that's how i see it.
The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

According to Pelchen he's being targeted to play the Jack Gunston role.

Re: Tim membrey
Obnoxious, loud tattoos have become a big part of modern Australian male culture. Personally, I don't understand anything beyond the odd piece or two. But we've changed as a society in recent decades, so there you go.loris wrote:Oh yuk.............. I was so glad when Gram left and took his tatts with him. Actually, that's a very good point. Boganism seems on a rampant rise at the moment. I still can't figure out why.Bunk_Moreland wrote:evertonfc wrote:Obnoxious, loud tattoos have become a big part of modern Australian male culture. Tim Membrey can tattoo me with a St Kilda crest if he kicks 100 goals in a premiership year.

I think I could live with that everton
Just as long as he doesn't reach the ton in a final and there is a supporters invasion of the ground to celebrate with him........... I couldn't go through that tension, thinking that history may repeat again
Re: Tim membrey
Nope, #40 currently. Only one more compensation pick likely, for Malceski, so it'll be #41 at the outside.evertonfc wrote:Our third round pick is #38.

I'm not a big fan of the tatt either but if he balances it up on the other arm with a StKFC premiership 2018 I'll live with it

Re: Tim membrey
An interview and some highlights from his first year at the swans
http://www.sydneyswans.com.au/video/201 ... eason-wrap
This is a great highlights package after round six this year an interview with a heap of great goals. For me he is a steal for a third round pick...worth pick 40 IMO.
Looks like a Brust more than gunston

Re: Tim membrey
I would have preferred we pick up Tom LAMB in the draft. He apparantly is taller(193), quicker, and more skilled, and plays the forward/ mid role.
Re: Tim membrey
Apparently he is lazy and has a pretty poor attitude toward training. Not an elite footballer in the long run I think.borderbarry wrote:I would have preferred we pick up Tom LAMB in the draft. He apparantly is taller(193), quicker, and more skilled, and plays the forward/ mid role.

Con we are going to have to start you back on the scratch mark......... you are always getting a fly on the gun/field when you haven't been penalised for having a few wins on the boardCon Gorozidis wrote:I am ALL OVER Membrey.

I hope he's worth at least 30 goals a year.

Re: Tim membrey
Highlights package is encouraging. He's a good size, got good hands and his disposal and kicking for goal look really good.
Can't wait to see him lining up for us next season
