Re: Team v Tigers (Spencer White in the 22)
Who knows how he'll go.
He may not be ready, but we've given every other man and his dog a crack this year, and I'm worried we've over-reacted to the hype by cloistering him.
All I know is that I'll be pretty bloody happy to see a big, tall, goal kicker running around again in the red, white and black NUMBER 23!
Good luck, Great White Hope.

Good grief, you have to watch this.

He is SO young. Seriously. This is hardly his first and last chance.

What's everyone's expectations?
I'm hoping he'll get 7 possies and kick 1 goal.
That's par in my book. Low expectations.

Re: Team v Tigers (Spencer White in the 22)
I heard the coach tell us a few weeks ago that White would get a game, he's the best source for info.
The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?
Re: Team v Tigers (Spencer White in the 22)
I reckon that's about right. Though I wouldn't be surprised if he had three possessions, one mark, zero goals and then was subbed off in the third quarter.saintspremiers wrote:What's everyone's expectations?

True. And you need hope. From that perspective I don't mind him in.noob wrote:Spencer the type of bloke that could bring a few extra fans in the gates !

Reckon White will don the vest
In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

If he does find a tad of space, Spence could well catch the Tuggers unawares with his speed.saintspremiers wrote:What's everyone's expectations?

Take a few grabs.
Kick a couple.
Whack some stupid Tugger and get reported.
How exciting would all that be...?
It's Dave, man. Will you open up? I got the stuff with me! -------Who?

Be interesting to see who goes to our fwds if roo, Stanley and White are all on at once.

Very happy.
SW has looked very good in patches for Sandy.
Couple of games now will make him realise the hard work he has to do over the next few summers.

I'm expecting goal and mark of the year on debut. I'm pumped. No pressure Spencer.

Re: Team v Tigers (Spencer White in the 22)
I taped and watched last week's Sandy game and Spencer was terrible. He still looks way too skinny. I'm fearing what might happen to him - both physically and mentally.
I hope I'm wrong.

I believe in White supremacy! Hope he shows those horrible blacks (and gold) that he's their superior.

If he doesn't get a goal with his first kick he could be under a bit of pressure to keep his spot on the list.saintspremiers wrote:What's everyone's expectations?
