When in doubt you always use experienced players, especially against powerful opposition. Good point. Another 100 pt loss kills our positive vibe going into preseason. Not sure jones is the answer though. Agree it will be all about trying to stop an absolute smashing because make no mistake about it, the Swans will be going for the big percentage boosting kill, so probably CJ will be a chance also.
Simpkin and CJ could add the bigger negative players that could get the job done...stopping an absolute smashing that is.
Bloody bad week to lose Bruce also.

Actually forgot about him...he could be a good in too just because of his size and probably could give a bit of contest to Buddy at ground level and run the ball out of the backline which is our only chance because I think the swans forwards will smash us in the air.bergsone wrote:No love for Shenton ?
