Re: Game Thread v GC Suns
Our lack of pace might get exposed a bit tonight.
Hayes, Armo, Dunstan midfield is great in the clinches but not so great outside on the spread. We need Sav and Jack to have good games.

How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?

Stanley seems incapable of two good games in a row.
Completely dropped his bundle. Half hearted efforts. One handers. Not good so far.

Looking very poor. Luckily so are they. Are they playing with a cake of soap?

Re: Game Thread v GC Suns
Well somehow we are still in it.
GC going at 50% efficiency yet still ahead.
Some incredibly bad decision making and kicking from both sides.
Not a great advertisement for the code in general.

Re: Game Thread v GC Suns
Very, very poor first quarter.
Intensity is massively down. That's disappointing because it's not reliant on skill level.
I don't like to be critical of long term players but Joey looks like he can't be stuffed tonight.
Sets a bad example.
Good news is that were only eight points down

Back to the Saints I know and dont really love this season
You are garbage - Enough said
Re: Game Thread v GC Suns
Poor effort by Dunstan. Dropped his head and gave a lazy pass out from the back line - Goal GC.
I've never seen a bad St.Kilda player - that's just how they are.

Why is every game played at Metricon Stadium like playing on a friggin ice skating rink with a cake of soap???

What was Rhys trying to do in the middle of the ground when we had 2 players but Broughton managed to hold it up. Comical stuff.Life Long Saint wrote:Very, very poor first quarter.
