Baiting is a bit difficult to define. Take perfectionist's ranting and/or insulting anti lib threads. Obvious baiting/trolling. But despite not agreeing with a lot of it, it makes me laugh, at much at the consistency of the poster as the stuff posted. Wouldn't like that stuff censored. It helps colour the forum.
In the end we're all adults or in some cases, supposedly engaging with adults, hence we should accept a level of difference in behaviour and be a lot more tolerant of people's posting styles. To censor them would be to deny them the opportunity to participate in the forum.
It all seems a bit one sided - asking people to be moderate in their posts, rather than asking members to be moderate in their attitude towards the posts. In the end if you don't like a posters style, or you don't want to engage with them, simply put them on ignore. I find a lot of people in society that advocate for tolerance are anything but when you scratch their particular itch.

If Perfectionist's posts are obviously baiting/trolling, the same must be said for Stinger's equally insulting anti-Labor threads.

Should change the rule that stops posters from posing information contained in PMs into the public forum that relates to discussions with administrators and moderators regarding any administration or moderation issue.

Remove the secrecy and corruption and bring the silent majority out into the public forum.
