Some good questions there, but don't hold any hope of getting the good ones through.
I came across an open question session last year, where Rhys Stanley was on. I submitted several "good" questions - not one got a run

No questions, just two statements.
I have the faith in what are doing.
But, just remember... no receivers(!)

Re: Ask Pelch
Ok I'm confused, do you think he's doing a good job or are you critical, I'm genuinely interested in the answer.plugger66 wrote:Cairnsman wrote:didn't realise you had issue with the bloke. I thought this thread was about questions we would ask pelchan. I dont want to ask him if he is doing a good job ot not. Im sure the question I suggested had nothing to do with that.

Re: Ask Pelch
Ok so I'm asking you why would you ask him that question, are you suspicious that it might have been because he was incompetent...again just genuinely interested in your answer because I enjoy reading and respect your take on these types of things.plugger66 wrote:Cairnsman wrote:Ok I'm confused, do you think he's doing a good job or are you critical, I'm genuinely interested in the answer.plugger66 wrote:Cairnsman wrote:didn't realise you had issue with the bloke. Re: Ask Pelch
Id ask him that question for two simple reasons, to find out if my mate who worked at the Hawks lied to me and to see if the Hawks let pelchen say a little untruth when he left the hawks.

Re: Ask Pelch
Interesting. I really hope no matter how or why he left the Hawks that he is a better than competent person in his current role. I also hope that the board has structured the club in a way that doesn't rely on him personally succeeding but relies on a plan, systems and procedures that his role fits into so if need be he moves out and another comes in and hopefully the coaching department and more importantly at the moment the recruiting department doesn't miss a beat.plugger66 wrote:Id ask him that question for two simple reasons, to find out if my mate who worked at the Hawks lied to me and to see if the Hawks let pelchen say a little untruth when he left the hawks.
The club just needs some stability while it gets through the next few years.
Re: Ask Pelch
I believe he was very highly regarded within the industry when he came to us. Of course, we are doing our best to tarnish his reputation.
