Ok so I'm asking you why would you ask him that question, are you suspicious that it might have been because he was incompetent...again just genuinely interested in your answer because I enjoy reading and respect your take on these types of things.

Interesting. I really hope no matter how or why he left the Hawks that he is a better than competent person in his current role. I also hope that the board has structured the club in a way that doesn't rely on him personally succeeding but relies on a plan, systems and procedures that his role fits into so if need be he moves out and another comes in and hopefully the coaching department and more importantly at the moment the recruiting department doesn't miss a beat.

The club just needs some stability while it gets through the next few years.

I believe he was very highly regarded within the industry when he came to us. Of course, we are doing our best to tarnish his reputation.
