Re: Tezzzzzzzaaaaaaaa
Earnt a few games with that game. We have lacked that opportunistic goals this seasonl
Re: Tezzzzzzzaaaaaaaa
Easily won a place in the team after the break. Gave us a bit of run off of the backline!
Thats Mr. Smartarse to you
Re: Tezzzzzzzaaaaaaaa
Just LOVE Tez because, don't think he knows what he's gonna do half the time, that's really exciting to watch
Seriously though, nobody bake him or mess with his head, let him play with that instinct.

Re: Tezzzzzzzaaaaaaaa
Has come back from a busted ankle and also copped some slanderous scuttlebutt on here (which was entirely untrue) saying he had walked out on the club over summer
Also think he suffered some personal tragedy last year. The bloke deserves some respect.

Give him and all our fringe players at least 4 or 5 consecutive games and then we can decide.Con Gorozidis wrote:Has come back from a busted ankle and also copped some slanderous scuttlebutt on here (which was entirely untrue) saying he had walked out on the club over summer

To be honest I didn't think that he was anywhere near the worst in that 1st half. Plenty of other blokes who took that position.Cairnsman wrote:His first half was forgettable

Just does these freaky little shimmies sometimes that absolutely nobody else could do.
X factor jam packed - hope he can string some really good form together. Him and Eli in the same team will be something SPECIAL.

I've never seen a bad St.Kilda player - that's just how they are.

Didn't dodge any tackles that I saw and provided some spark so some potential .

Re: Tezzzzzzzaaaaaaaa
Absolutely...he had mates in the first half but it doesn't provide him an excuse. I hope he makes it but he needs to play 4 quarters and he needs to work harder off the ball.Buckets wrote:To be honest I didn't think that he was anywhere near the worst in that 1st half. Re: Tezzzzzzzaaaaaaaa
No doubt but does a premiership team carry a player that only does a few flashy things per game but does nothing off the ball and is defensively very poor.

No way was he the worst. I thought he was one of the better players in the first half!Buckets wrote:To be honest I didn't think that he was anywhere near the worst in that 1st half. Plenty of other blokes who took that position.Cairnsman wrote:His first half was forgettable

Re: Tezzzzzzzaaaaaaaa
Showed a bit tonight in the second half. He has this Gwilt like glide around quality. I just struggle to see where he fits in. He's not really nippy enough to be the small forward but not tall enough to be the lead up forward or tough enough to be a mid.

Were you at the game? He was one of the few running into space.Cairnsman wrote:No doubt but does a premiership team carry a player that only does a few flashy things per game but does nothing off the ball and is defensively very poor.

Running into space is something he does well.saint-stu wrote:Were you at the game? He was one of the few running into space.Cairnsman wrote:No doubt but does a premiership team carry a player that only does a few flashy things per game but does nothing off the ball and is defensively very poor.
How did you think his first half was.
Re: Tezzzzzzzaaaaaaaa
Overall he was pretty good. Offensively good. Defensively poor. But we have been (and still are) lacking a bit of polish and outside run and spread. He offered a point of difference to the make up of the team. I would persevere with him.
