Re: How many more games will we win this year?
I reckon there are six we have some chance of winning:
R9 home vs Gold Coast - 50/50
R11 home vs Collingwood - L
R12 away vs Port Adelaide - L
R13 away vs Geelong - L
R14 home vs West Coast - L
R15 home vs Richmond - 30/70
R16 home vs Carlton - 40/60
R17 away vs North Melbourne - 20/80
R18 home vs Fremantle - L
R19 away vs Gold Coast - 40/60
R20 home vs Western Bulldogs - 50/50
R21 away vs Sydney - L
R22 away vs Richmond - L
R23 home vs Adelaide - L
It's hard to see us winning any of the rest, though we'll probably pop up for one or two unexpected ones like Freo in round 23 last year. So probably three wins for the rest of the year by my count.
That will leave us on six wins and bottom 3. Brissie, Melbourne and GWS the only possibilities to finish below us.

Not many I fear. Confidence, which is fragile already among young players, took an awful hammering against Hawthorn. Long-term injuries to key players hasn't helped.
On the plus side, we actually outscored Carlton in the second half on Monday and might have even pinched a win had there been a go-to forward other than Rooey. The club needs to get on top of that if it is serious about winning games.

We'll beat Adelaide in the last game of the season for Lenny's finale.
Add Bulldogs and Richmond. Reckon we'll finish the season with 6 wins.

If we win six more games for the year I'll be ecstatic! Unfortunately can't see six teams on the above list that we can beat. Disappointing that we only had Melbourne, GWS and Brisbane once each.Stephen Theodore wrote:Six at most I reckon

On current form its hard to see us win any. We'll sneak a few though. 5 wins total.

R9 home vs Gold Coast Too tired and injured vs well rested - loss
R11 home vs Collingwood Not good enough - loss
R12 away vs Port Adelaide - Not a chance - loss
R13 away vs Geelong - uh oh - loss
R14 home vs West Coast - 50/50
R15 home vs Richmond - 50/50
R16 home vs Carlton - 50/50
R17 away vs North Melbourne - loss
R18 home vs Fremantle - slight chance unless previous game is in tassie
R19 away vs Gold Coast - 30/70
R20 home vs Western Bulldogs - getting tired 30/70
R21 away vs Sydney - no chance - loss
R22 away vs Richmond - tired and thinking of the break/draft - loss
R23 home vs Adelaide - 40/60 chance if not a 6 day break (it will be)
7 more wins a miracle. 2 more wins I'd expect. 4 more wins I'd be very happy.

Re: How many more games will we win this year?
I'd be stoked if we could win 2 more games this year. Expecting one win. Don't know how or against who.
i am Melbourne Skies - sometimes Blue Skies, Grey Skies, even Partly Cloudy Skies.

I recon we need to play this card carefully....Tank :p haha
If we are gonna end up near the bottom., why not just throw players around and get priorities..?
And that way we can get some quality draft picks and load up on attack for finals in 2018 or whatever year they think we have a chance at the holy grail.

I think it's a good year to experiment with players.
See if we can mix a few things up. Who cares if we 5 or 7??? I'd rather quality stars

Pity we don't play Essendon again, they may be without 15 players........
And no Melbourne, GWS or Brisbane.......hummm....
We won't start favourite in any game this season.......best we can hope for is to catch an opponent on an off day......
But I understand there are some excellent key forwards in the draft.........lets hope we get a good one...
