good to see the new kid Blake getting to start on field, just to get his nerves off.

Savage would want to pull his finger out and show the Hawks that he's better than they think. Hopefully plays a big game.

In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

I have a feeling he will go off today. Back into some space and against his old team he should turn it on.

I reckon whoever from Hawthorn plays HB (Hodge/Mitchell) will cop Clinton Jones
The other one will cop Curren/Weller as a 'tandem tag'

Tom Harley on 7 pre game commentary "can't wait to see Rioli rip up the Saints defense ". Great balanced commentary.

Again we concede early goals. What's with all the slow starts? First three again today to this point. We seem to give away head starts every week.

The channel 7 broadcast is live on Foxtel but delayed on 7.

Appalling lack of pressure by Saints- no system at all.

Been disappointed so far I know we are playing the hawks but we keep taking the easy option... Only couple of guys willing to do the hard stuff at this point. Unless something changes this is going to be a very long day..

Make that the first five. This looks like getting very ugly, very early.

Saints players are going to have the worst case of conjunctivitis (pink eye) after chasing brown bums all day
