Re: Tommy curren 3rd quarter
I agree. He slips under the radar because he has a tagging role. But as the coach pointed out he has some significant scalps to his credit. He absolutely shut Dangerfield out of the game even though the Crows thrashed us. And he did the job again on Heppell. If we are going to develop into something that can challenge in September we need blokes like him IMO.

I remember when CJ was top of his game he used to get punched a lot. He's getting the sly punches now, shows you are getting under their skins as a tagger. He's a smiley happy little guy off field but he gets the white line fever and goes for it.

He has clearly been slipping under the fans' radar, but not the Club's He has been getting lots of mentions by players and coaches during interviews.
Keep up the great work Tommy!

It's great to know that more often that not you can rely on at least one opposition midfielder being shut out of the game. The fact that he gets the ball the other way proves that he has all the attributes of a modern day tagger. A gem.

So we have a tagger who can kick well. CJ, sorry, your days might be numbered.
A real Sainter will pledge allegiance to the ❤ and despise the Pies, the Blues, and the Injectors.
