i sent him an fax once ...after he said that banger didn't deserve his brownlow and that wayne cary was more deserving and a much better footballer ...i told him the brownlow was for best and FAIREST....and that basically he was talking out of his arse......he rang me up.....gloating that he had tracked me down...told the smary smart-arse that couldn't have been hard as my phone number and work address was on the fax.......moron if you ask me......if these guys had any talents...they wouldn't be just football writers.......

Well mainly he was complaining about the game in general because of the over use of possession and lack of contests.
He was trying to conceal his general malaise and grumpiness and disgust in the bombers losing (to the saints of all clubs) in a general discussion about the 'state of footy today'.

No doubt if the Bombers won he'd be saying 'the games great, its in as good a shape as it has ever been'.

Funny how when they are losing - the whole game is crap.

he was talking about essendon, freo and north being very negative. he also said that he didn't like theway gosls are kicked when teams set up the loose man after a turnover and two or three plyers race for the ball with a handball pver the top of the last defender to a running player who races into an unguarded goal. I love this type of play myself. I think poor old Rohan sees the writing on the wall and sorsn't like what it says.
