Typical. Why do they persist with him? No amount of crashing packs makes up for the basic skills of taking chest marks and kicking simple goals. He has made a new position. Maister unfortunately isn't AFL standard.
Pack crashing can only get you so far. When you drop sitters all the time and miss gettable goals too much it kills the team.
