In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

In Bruce
Out Gilbert
The early Gilbert injury showed last week that to go into a game of AFL with a sub that can not play say more than a half is a risk. Luckily Savage was good to go if it had been Steven say this week we wold have been stuffed.

Dint think Saunders deserves to be dropped, but I think the rotations of the younger immatured bodied kids should be considered.
Saunders has done some fantastic inside work in the first three games, but may be taking a toll.

Lance or James??

Re: Guess this weeks ins and outs
Saints will want to win this week......as is a winnable game.
Expect if fit that Steven will be back...even if just as the sub. Schneider could also be a sub. This may keep Billings our...otherwise he may be in.
Not sure the Crows forward line needs tow tall defenders, and so Gilbert does not have to be replaced with a like player, otherwise Bruce may have got the nod. Milera would not surprise...
Maister for Lee? Will depend on how much Richo values his pack splitting work and workrate., vs Lees better kicking.

Re: Guess this weeks ins and outs
Guys in the mix Longer, Lee, Billings, Ross and Bruce. If fit Steven will come straight in IMO.
Longer emergency last few weeks would be close depending on Hickey's fitness.
Lee has had a slow start to the season, was good last week but I tend to think he needs to have a few good games in a row.
Billings was sub, then dropped then had a blinder for Sandy. Very close to selection.
Ross probably our best all year at Sandy (praccy matches included). Competing with inside mids that are dominating contested footy and clearances so he'll continue to be unlucky.
Bruce has taken a few weeks to find his feet but then dominated last weekend for Sandy. Very close to selection.
Steven if fit automatic inclusion, don't care what the coach has said leading up to this week. He'll come in if fit. Gut feel is he'll be selected and given every opportunity to show his fitness by Sunday.
This will be a game we go into feeling like we've got a real shot at winning. Richo will be pumped and select the best team. No giving youngsters a go for the sake of it.

Re: Guess this weeks ins and outs
What does that matter? All AFL clubs are just part of the AFL, they don't really run as separate entities. All the money comes from a common pool. The only real question here is: does the AFL want it to happen? And does the Government want it to happen? If so then the money doesn't matter.BigMart wrote:At a fair cost?
