I don't understand the fascination with having two rucks who can't really play forward in the same side. How can Longer and Hickey possibly play together?
They can both go forward and kick goals, unlike Beau who plays like a beau.
Beau does a job Longer or Hickey could not do. You could not have Longer, Stanley and Hickey in the same side IMO but it may happen. Lee for Maister if Lee did something yesterday.
White Winmar wrote:I know Beau has a role to play and crashing packs and luring multiple defenders away from Roo is amongst them, but in the end, as a forward, you have to be able to at least take a chest mark and kick some goals. Beau just can't seem to do the latter two. Time for Tommy Lee.
and crashing into the captain was the last straw for me....hopeless....
.everybody still loves lenny....and we always will

Not a great way to recover the body after a game??
Richo would be filthy I reckon
Especially for an under fit Siposs who needs to take every opportunity to get his body fitter, stronger and leaner.... Drinking piss after a game isn't going to help that

Is drinking alcohol banned for St.Kilda players in season?
Take a straw man argument and run with it, especially with a whipping boy eh?
lol.
Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)
I dont think anyone said that he was lying. Why do you completely twist things around. They may have been having fun without drinking. I think you said you dont drink so i also take it you dont have fun.
Couldn't care less if you believe me or not, it's not exactly a big news story.
Didn't see them drinking for the record.
Also for the record, if you go out in the city you're bound to see at least a handful of players from various clubs. Majak was there last night too, boy can he cut shapes on the dance floor. I don't think it's a huge issue that they went, but when it's two players with questionable work rate and dedication it makes you wonder a little bit.

I have no reason not to beleive you. I also have no issue with them going out. I have issues with people who werent there guessing all the bad news.

So why mention it? If you're concerned then email the club with your list of players you consider to have questionable work-rate and they can decide whether to put them under house arrest or not.
Beau has been trying real hard, but it's just not working for him at the moment. The Crows next week, could be worth a Tommy/Beau swap - not a lot to lose! If Tommy plays well, the in again for the Bombers, where we will need every gun firing, whether it is Tommy or Beau.

I just thought it added to the conversation, sorry if you don't agree. I thought some people would find it interesting that two blokes who currently can't get a game are staying out until 4-5am.

4-5am?
Well you never said that.
That's way too late.
