Works hard, but seriously - have you ever seen anyone drop more marks than this guy? Kosi at his peak is nothing on Beau.

It's bordering on bizarre. Let's hope that Lee pushes him out, because right now despite his inability to mark, he's still our best option in that position.

He does work hard and get into the right positions, he had a good opponent tonight.
There will be games when he does kick a few but, if Roo gets injured hes not the answer.
Hoping Tom Lee can overtake him.

That was the worst we've seen from him. Hopefully, he'll at least hold a few marks next week. Did no worse that Shane Savage, though. We also found out why Delaney wasn't getting a game at North.

Out: Savage, Webster (inj)

Maister has to play. Tom Lee got 4 possessions for Sandy today.

28? His head/face suggests he's in his mid to late 40's. He looks like an alcoholic.

Stop gap big bodied forward....

Poor tonight, but supports nick by decoying a defender.... He clunks them huge in the VFL .... In the AFL he spills sodas

Melbourne are usually his bunnies too. Still a better option than Lee. Not his best performance tonight.

Fair at best today but played his role and makes life a hell of a lot easier for our mid/small forwards. Before anyone starts suggesting Tom Lee you need to get a kick in the VFL first. Lee is just not physical enough and at least Maister hits the contest hard.

I'm not sure Lee is the answer because he won't ever have an AFL standard body. Personally I hope Stanley can build on his game tonight and get some confidence playing forward and dislodge Maister _ and Longer needs to improve enough to be able to hold down a spot as the 2nd ruck.

Which spot is second ruck? When they are not in the ruck, where are they?

It's bizarre isn't it. He just drops sitters.

I think realistically, all you can do with someone like Beau is give him 3-5 games in a row on a few occassions and see if he gets over whatever psychological issue he has. He either will or he won't.

He clearly can play

The bronx cheers when he took a mark should give him a clue on what part of his game needs work.

He must be so good on the training track to be able to get a game. Maybe he can mark in daylight conditions with a red ball but not under lights with a yellow ball. Does he needs glasses like Geoff Blethyn?
