He looks pretty leen. So at 96kg at 196cm there must be a fair bit of muscle

Check out the comparitive heights of their shoulders, and to me Savage seems to be 'stretching' himself to his tallest in that photograph, whereas the kid seems to be 'just standing there'.

I think Savage is on tip-toe in the photo. If his right foot was flat on the ground the shadow line from his other leg would be continuous at the ground/sole interface, not dis-jointed as it appears.
