Re: worst season since 2000
Will be another great season, watching the mighty Saints, just the same as the past 55 seasons! Bring it on!
Old enough to repaint, but young enough to sell

I'll go hee, if we didn't tank in the last few games of 2002. That worked out well for us.BigMart wrote:So the TANK begins

We will win games maybe not a lot, but it will be more important to focus on the development of our younger players. There will be a great deal of excitement/enjoyment to watch our kids develop over the season! Enough of the doom and gloom everyone look to the future!
SAINTS another day older another day closer to the Holy Grail!

Hooray. I'll be looking at the ladder upside down and doing everything opposite just like George Costanza says so.
In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

Personally I don't give a rats about this year!! I survived the 80s and nothing will compare to that. I am willing to sit back and watch the young guys develop and if we ar$e a few wins then I will celebrate like I did when we won one, late in the season down at Moorabbin.
Let's enjoy it for what it is, we are Saints supporters and we are the toughest around, most other soft c0ck supporters of other clubs desert their team when times are tough (eg Carlton) we don't!!
Relax it will be a long hard year but the rewards will be sweet in the coming years.

To accomplish great things we must not only act but also dream, not only plan but also believe.

If you don care about losing.... Indicates you have probably never won.
Losing... There is nothing worse

A bit of a window into your psyche there, BM. Luckily everyone on this earth doesn't share your particular skewed world view.BigMart wrote:If you don care about losing.... Indicates you have probably never won.
