I'm wondering how Port made a seven figure loss. They had strong membership and reasonable crowds this year... I'd hate to see what it would have been like for them a few years ago.

Geelong + $148,000,

Bulldogs - $143,000

Saints - $1,198,587. statutory loss of $2,614,837
Lions - $1.5 mill
Demons - $1.7 mill ( with AFL loans
Crows -$1.8 mill ( AFL fine)
Bombers - $3.2mill (with bank loan and AFL fine)

Isnt that like saying our is a 2 million dollar loss with AFL loans. They arent loans they are because of certain circumstances for example poor stadium returns. i doubt the WB are paying them back.

That's apart from the AFL distributions of which all 16 clubs are shareholders.
