How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?
Re: The Filth's New Star Player - Heritier Lumumba
Why would you have a go at a guy for changing his name? How can you possibly understand his personal circumstances well enough to judge?

Re: The Filth's New Star Player - Heritier Lumumba
The fact is we do know a lot of Lumumba's personal circumstances because he never stops talking about them in the media! My call of narcissism is based on what he says, and the frequency with which he says it. The name change is not the main reason why I think he's an attention seeker. It's just one of a whole constellation of behaviours that scream, " Look at me everybody, I'm so f&@king special!bergholt wrote:Why would you have a go at a guy for changing his name? Maybe he's just trying to convince himself.White Winmar wrote:It's just one of a whole constellation of behaviours that scream, " Look at me everybody, I'm so f&@king special!
In my experience the greater the narcissism the greater the underlying insecurity.

Heretier L won't have quite the same ring to it!Sainternist wrote:http://www.theage.com.au/afl/afl-news/h ... 2yw6v.html
He has shed the skin of his old identity. Harry O no more!
Perhaps Jackie O should change her name to Jeretier L and then it may catch on?
its time to make a name for yourself like you've never made before!

Summary: if he was a Saints player we'd applaud his stance...but he's not so we mock him
Some very Judgey McJudge people on here. Plenty of you lauded him when he stood up to Eddie.,,but now he's a flog again?
Carry on.

Re: The Filth's New Star Player - Heritier Lumumba
he changes his name and then wants to dictate how it is abbreviated, either 'H' or 'Tier' hope the commentators only refer to the full surname and not familiarise it lovingly the way he wants us to.

I'm surprised there hasn't been a newspaper headline along the lines of
"Harry's great regret- not changing his name to Nelson Mandela Whatever"

I cannot figure out why this is even posted on SS
Rugby League would have to be the stupidest, most moronic and over rated game of all time.

He's always been a flog of the highest order. Can't remember us applauding or lauding him on here too often, if at all. As for standing up to Eddie, that was, as Paul Keating once famously said, "it was like being mauled by a dead sheep".saint66au wrote:Summary: if he was a Saints player we'd applaud his stance...but he's not so we mock him

Hocking comes close to making my footy player hit list. Jeez, quite a few Geelong players would to come to think about it. Buddha was an absolute turd. Won't forget the time he tried to intimidate little Danny Craven. Total flat track bully.Pwoit wrote:What about that bloke Whiskers?
I like to remember that Geelong team of the '90s as one of the biggest bridesmaid teams in AFL/VFL history.
