Alan comes across as very impressive. Considering the last few days events for him I find it amazing he is already so well versed in our players and draft pick numbers etc.

Good on him for having such a background in football that would surely give him the best opportunity to actually succeed when he runs the show.

Interesting that we will get 2 more development coaches and one line coach - and that he's doing interviews for those already.

Also liked that re comments about us being a basket case he pointed out that only 3 years ago we were one of the benchmark teams in the comp and had been for 10 years, but had fallen away significantly with defensive and pressure acts and those were specific areas he wants us to improve.
