As others have already stated and Caroline Wilson confirms, the club says it is only $20,000.

They did.

They said Richardson had got the job days ago but St Kilda had to deny it because Richardson had a no compete clause in his contract.
That means he could not leave and coach elsewhere without Port Adelaide's blessing.
As others have pointed out Koch was behaving like a Kock.
Eventually AFL HQ showed Koch how balls get kicked.

Happy to reimburse Port for what they coughed up for the leadership course he attended in Europe this year.

After all we now get the benefit.
