Re: Milney updates
Did I read correctly one of the 2 girls had to change her story because she had told a fib to the coppers?

Seems to be some inconsistency in all this.8856brother wrote:Did I read correctly one of the 2 girls had to change her story because she had told a fib to the coppers?
Would be interesting to find out if the mother of the alleged victim is one of the key driving forces into the case getting re-opened last year.

100% correct. The whole is starting to sound reminiscent of Kurosawa's Rashomon.Enrico_Misso wrote:No winners here.

The same reason every other player retires, too old to play at AFL level

The Hun has recorded a bit more of the testimony. Interesting that it is put that potentially exculpatory evidence went missing as well …

So policeman can remember back to 2004 and that he called them footy slts
but cant recall what he said in 2011.
Perhaps it is the panama sun.
A wee bit unprofessional sending emails to the girl as well.

Mr Dunn read out an email Mr Gladman sent to the alleged victim in April 2006, in which he discussed how she should dress to go to the Grand Prix.
The court heard the email suggested underwear was optional and ended with hugs and kisses.

Remember he dredged this up as we were about to play a final against collingwood. Wonder if underwear was optional that night?

I don't think it was a final - just a H&A game against them and surprisingly it was Ch9 who 'broke' this story .satchmo wrote:No wonder he shot through.mullet wrote:Thought the same yesterday, and now that the keystone cop has testified, it is embarrassingSolar wrote:Hang on, this is over. Re: Milney updates
Can now see why it didnt proceed in the first place. Whoever is making the girl go through this should be really really ashamed. If it is her mother, then shesatchmo wrote:No wonder he shot through.mullet wrote:Thought the same yesterday, and now that the keystone cop has testified, it is embarrassingSolar wrote:Hang on, this is over. needs to do a crash course on mothering 101. If it is certain members of the police force then god help us all.

And what if she really think she was raped which I believe she does. Sometimes you just need to do this things so you you feel better as a person. Just as she probably believes she was raped Milney probably believes he is innocent. No winners at all in this one.
Re: Milney updates
of course not, but the girl needs to take the policeman to civil court for misconduct leading to any chance of a fair trial gone. Shows how disgusting the whole thing has been. No professionalism from anyone full stop.

Re: Milney updates
Well I hardly see how this is making her feel better as a person. Having all this made public about her night. That was my point, who would make her go through all this, and her friend as well. And what if she really think she was raped which I believe she does. Sometimes you just need to do this things so you you feel better as a person. Just as she probably believes she was raped Milney probably believes he is innocent. No winners at all in this one.

They may not like the term sl*t , however imo if you are prepared to have sex with some bloke you met three hours early then thats what you are .
I'd also question the morals of the men .
